If you want to talk to a preferred doctor, you need to raise a teleconsultation appointment and the doctor will revert with his/her available timings.

We are digitally compliant and ensure that your information is accessed only by doctor. We maintain confidentiality and never store any information on third party channels.

We do not accept your insurance at this moment. Our non-insurance visit cost is just $69.99 flat (no hidden or additional fees).

The duration of each teleconsultation session is 15 mins beyond which you need to make a new teleconsultation appointment to continue.

No. This is app is for primary care - the kind of problems that your family doctor can help you with. Doctors on this app can only help you with consultation-based issues that can be shared in the form of messages, pictures and medical reports. In case of a life- threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to a nearest ER facility.

You can rejoin only within your teleconsult appointment time of 15 minutes, beyond 15 min you must book another teleconsult appointment.

After your teleconsultation session, you will be directed to a feedback form where you can rate, comment or give your feedback.

Klinikals onboards doctors only after a background check and a thorough assessment of the authenticity of the details provided by the doctors. All the doctors on Klinikals are verified.

You earn Klinikals Kash whenever you share the Klinikals app with your friends/relatives. A referral amount of $10 will be credited to your account as soon as your friend/ relative places an appointment. You can use the referral amount on your next teleconsultation appointment.
